Download our Android app. This beginning level class teaches adults everything from how to hold a racket to how to move the ball. Adults gain basic tennis skills while learning to enjoy the game. Adults with some tennis experience continue to develop their basic skills and implement them in match play. Adults begin to develop an understanding of strategy, but the emphasis is on enjoying the game.
Players of all ability levels are led through high energy drills designed to keep you moving and your heart pumping. Prior tennis experience is not necessary. That friend must request you also or the request will not be granted. Players must be in the same division. Siblings in the same division are allowed only one request.
Coaches and assistant coaches are not allowed requests. If more than one name is submitted or form is completed incorrectly, request will be null and void. This class teaches children simple recipes so they can help out in the kitchen. Kitchen safety tips are emphasized. On the last day of class kids take home a recipe book filled with all their delicious experiments. Bring an apron or large shirt.

The children will help follow a recipe to create gooey mixtures out of everyday, household ingredients like flour, liquid soap, salt, water and even glue. Math and science concepts will be incorporated as we count and measure ingredients and watch one form of matter transform into another! Please wear clothes that can get messy or bring a smock.
Join this popular music and movement program and sing songs, dance to the beat, use rhythm instruments and props and practice fine and large motor skills. While incorporating various learning styles, we combine imaginative play with fun, while improving listening skills and encouraging socialization. Parents participate in Kid Rock 1; parents only stay for the first and last weeks in Kid Rock 2. Curriculum is new each session. Music and fun for everyone!
Parents and tots will boogie to the beat in this high-energy musical adventure. We will play with rhythm instruments like tambourines and maracas, share props like balls and beanbags and explore sensory items like bubbles and feathers. In this class parents and babies will play and move together to songs about flowers such as "Jasmine Flower" "How Does Your Garden Grow? During several classes we will explore real flowers and sprinkle water on the tiny toes of our babies.

Class fee does not include kit fee payable to the instructor on the first class. Each class children will enjoy participating in an art activity, songs, stories and play time. Children will expand on the ideas of the book by creating an art project, singing songs, participating in fingerplays and through creative movement. The Hoffman Estates Park District has expanded its state licensed and nationally accredited preschool program by opening a new full day preschool child care center at CCIA for children 3—5 years old. Through developmentally appropriate instruction and positive atmosphere for learning, children in full day preschool program will develop the social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills necessary to prepare them for Kindergarten. Breakfast, lunch and snack are provided that meet nutritional guidelines.

Preschool — The Hoffman Estates Park District preschool program believes that the children learn through experience, imitation and play. Our curriculum focuses on hands on activities and experimentation. Outdoor or gym time is scheduled daily to help children develop large motor skills. Table top activities like puzzles, cutting and painting help youngsters develop their fine motor skills, while also fostering imagination and cognitive development.
Plus, each classroom boasts a computer and digital camera, allowing teachers to integrate technology into the curriculum. And through encouragement, understanding and respect, they help provide a positive atmosphere for learning. Our program is state licensed and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, so you can be confident that your child will benefit from superior educators, classroom equipment and opportunities to help build a solid foundation for the future. Complete the EFT form to automatically withdraw 8 monthly payments from your checking account or credit card. EFT withdrawal dates, 15th of the following months, August thru March. Refunds are granted prior to the first day of school. After the first class has met, a pro-rated refund is granted. A refund form must be filled out in order to obtain a refund.
Refunds can not be granted for days missed due to illness or vacation. Children enrolled in the current 3 year old class will receive priority registration into 4 year old preschool. After current children are enrolled, siblings of currently enrolled students will be enrolled. New resident registrations will be processed after returning student registrations. Open registration for non residents and residents who missed the February 28 deadline begins March 8.
Proof of residency is required. If the preschool class in which you are registering is filled, you will be registered for your second choice class and placed on a waiting list for your first choice. Please make sure you indicate a second choice class. You will be notified of your class status by receipt.
Threeschool This program is designed for children who missed the September 1 preschool deadline. Class meets the entire school year. Taught by a preschool teacher and in a preschool classroom setting, this class offers a variety of activities such as songs, stories, free play at learning centers, crafts, outside fun and gym time. Children may be in pull-ups, but should be on their way to taking care of their own toileting needs. Teachers will not be responsible for changing pull-ups.
Participants should bring a light snack each day. Children enrolling must be turning 3 years old within 3 months of their enrollment date. This class is a perfect opportunity to add another fun preschool day into your week!
